MRO Software Engineer Interns partner with an aligned Scrum Team to gain experience in build products leveraged across our organization. MRO is shaping the future of Clinical Data within the healthcare ecosystem. We are looking for interns enthusiastic about solving problems as we continue to drive innovation within the healthcare ecosystem. We are looking for interns to be versatile with hands on experience in software engineering.

As a Software Engineer Intern, you will use MRO’s programming languages and technologies to solution with your Scrum Team and advance your skills in Technical Excellence. You will participate in an Agile Operating Model with your team and get hands-on experience in MRO’s operating mode.

This is an 8 - 12 week internship program. 

• Partner with Scrum Team to build products.
• Learn and implement Engineering disciplines with Scrum Team.
• Learn best Technical Excellent and Architectural practices.
• Partner with a mentor to understand End-User Focus.
• Collaborate with Scrum Team to deliver quality technology.

• Bachelor’s degree program (in progress or completed) with a focus on computer science, software engineering or a related field. 
• Experience in one Object Oriented Language.
• Experience in one Front End JavaScript Framework.
• Awareness of Agile/Scrum Process
• Awareness of Object-Oriented Principles
