Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director who will serve as a dedicated business partner for Operations, Account Management, and Sales team. This role reports to the Sr. Director of FP&A and involves two main responsibilities: managing the monthly business financial review by highlighting performance drivers, risks, and recommending solutions, and maintaining the revenue forecast model as a strategic planning tool.  You will work with cross-functional teams to provide actionable analysis and problem-solving support for growth and operational excellence, while ensuring a clear and accurate picture of financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue forecast modeling — build, maintain, and continuously improve the end-to-end model that drives business planning
  • Monthly business financial reviews — own preparation, presentation, and narrative for leadership, surfacing key performance drivers and risks
  • Business partnership — serve as the primary finance resource for Sales, Operations, and Account Management, delivering timely, decision-ready analysis
  • Reporting & tooling — oversee Power BI dashboards and revenue tracking infrastructure to keep teams informed on client financials and bookings
  • AI & automation — drive adoption of AI-powered FP&A tools to eliminate manual work and expand the team’s analytical capacity
  • Ad-hoc analysis — rapidly synthesize data and deliver actionable insights for high-priority business questions
    Team leadership — lead and develop the Revenue Finance team with a high-performance, automation-first mindset

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience sets include FP&A at a private equity portfolio company or large institution, investment banking, or consulting
  • Proven ability to operate independently and influence senior stakeholders
  • Track record of owning complex revenue models and leading executive-level financial reviews
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to automate FP&A workflows, reduce manual effort, and accelerate the pace of financial analysis
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and revenue recognition expertise
  • Power BI proficiency and fluency with large datasets
  • Exceptional communicator who can translate complexity into executive-ready insights
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA a plus
